To BE or NOT To BE Gluten-Free?

Eating gluten-free is NOT for everyone!  In fact choosing a gluten-free diet could be detrimental to you.  Self diagnosis is dangerous!  What is good for your friend, neighbor, sister, etc. may not be good for you and maybe even dangerous.  Just because someone else has a medical condition that you think you might have, does not mean that their treatment is right for you.  Seek professional advice before embarking on a “fad” diet or other “self-treatment.”
