Gluten-Free Citrus Steak Salad

When adults are diagnosed with celiac disease, changing their diet becomes difficult and frustrating.  Having enjoyed the flavor of many grains and delicious breads, eliminating them from your diet is hard.  It’s like punishing your taste buds!

The good news is that now you can (more like forced to) try new foods such as salads.  Vegetables are wonderful for the gluten-free palette.  Experiment with new recipes and make sure you save the ones you love.  Here is a gluten free salad that is perfect for summer lunches or dinner.
